ブログ - 鉄のカジキマグロ、ついでに「枝豆奮闘記」
鉄の「カジキマグロ」の制作です。
上金物 の谷本様よりご依頼を受けました。
基本的に鉄板への下絵は石筆（せきひつ）と言う物で書きます。
マジックで書いたほうが見えやすいのではありますが、マジックで書くと
熱を加えると焼けて線が消えてしまうのです。
石筆であれば見にくいのではありますが、基本「石」ですから焼けても残ります。
プラズマ切断機（プラズマ切断機の説明はしてませんでしたね、後日）
で「プシュー」と切り抜きます。（鉄板の厚みは2ｍｍです。）
切るとき「アース」を取るのを忘れて「ビリビリビリッ」、「おっ！」ってなりました。
切り終わったら、グラインダーで表面を削ります、そうですまたまた「黒錆」に
するのです。（黒錆については、ブログカレンダー2011年5月10日の防錆の話
をご覧ください）
黒皮があると錆びにくいのです。
表面をハンマーで叩いて、ついでに少し立体感を出してみました。
さあ、「赤錆」待ちです。
ついでに、「枝豆奮闘記」。
畑では、畝を立ててマルチシートを敷いて。
ここまで種をまきました、「枝豆」ですから「大豆」ですけどね。
今では、すでに芽生えています。
